Lori Tucker-Eccher, ACC, EI, is the founder and CEO of Secret Creek LLC. She is also the Senior Director of Coaching Services at Tucker International LLC. She specializes in the selection, development and coaching of global leaders.

She enjoys helping people find direction and purpose through coaching. She is a professional fly fisher who enjoys teaching Women’s Fly Fishing Clinics in western Colorado and is passionate about empowering women in the outdoors.

She also loves dogs, gardening, and books.
